The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed for issuing a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondent concerned to produce the corpus- Km. Heena Sheikh from illegal custody of respondent nos. 4 to 6 before the Court and set her at liberty.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the pursuant to F.I.R. lodged by petitioner no. 2 corpus - Km. Heena Sheikh has been recovered on 8.11.2019, therefore, the present habeas corpus writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
