As per the office report dated 1.11.2019, the amount of Rs.40,000/- as directed by the Court vide order dated 26.9.2019 has not been deposited by the husband of the corpus.
I have gone through the averments made in the present writ petition and it cannot be said that the corpus, Ms. Shalini Singh is under any illegal detention of respondent no.4.
The present habeas corpus writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
