This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the judgement and order dated 13.05.2004 and 28.05.1996 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial, Magistrate, Deoria in Case Crime No. 1795 of 1995 (State Vs. Kamlesh) under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., P.S. Bhaluani, District-Deoria whereby the accused/revisionists have been summoned in the above mention ed case.

The present criminal revision came up for admissions on 19.05.2004 but this Court declined to pass any interim order.

From the record, it appears that by efflux of time the instant case has been rendered infructuous as the trial must have concluded or the same would be at the advanced stage.

In view of the above, the present criminal revision is dismissed at this stage.
