This criminal revision has been filed challenging the order dated 18.7.2002, passed by Additional Session Judge- III, Bareilly in Criminal Appeal No. 60 of 2002, arising out of order dated 18.7.2002, passed by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Board.
The present revision came up for admission on 23.10.2002 and the following order was passed:
"Admit.
Issue Notice.
List in the month of January 2003.
Let the revisionist Aadesh @ Gurprasad" be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and on furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned in Case Crime No. 310 of 2001, under section 147, 148, 149, 302 IPC, P.S. Faridpur, District Bareilly. "
As the revisionist has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 23.10.2002 and has been enjoying the bail for the last 16 years, no useful purpose would be served cancelling the bail of the present revisionist. The applicant shall continue to remain on bail till the conclusion of trial.
With the aforesaid direction, the present revision is disposed of.
