This Court, vide order dated 30.5.2019 issued bailable warrant against the revisionist. The Court further directed that the C.J.M. concerned to ascertain as to whether the revisionist is alive or not. In compliance of the order dated 30.5.2019, the C.J.M. Bulandshahr has submitted a report dated 10.6.2019 mentioning therein that the revisionist Bundu has died long ago.
In view of the above, the revision has abated against the revisionist. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as abated.
