Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 25.02.2019 registered as Case Crime No.66 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Rampur Maniharan, District Saharanpur.
The allegation made in the FIR discloses commission of the cognizable offence and it also discloses that injuries were sustained by the victims and they were taken to the hospital for treatment.
In view of above, no case to quash the FIR is made out.
The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail.
