Pursuant to the order dated 31st January, 2019, learned AGA has obtained instruction from the police station concerned and has produced photo copy of the chargesheet, which has been prepared by the police after investigation. It is stated that against the petitioners 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, charge-sheet has been submitted.
In view of the above, the petition is rendered infructuous. The same is disposed of as such with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate legal remedy in appropriate jurisdiction in case they are aggrieved by the charge-sheet.
