Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4 and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 20.03.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 121 of 2019, under Sections 147, 452, 324, 504 & 506 I.P.C., at Police Station Daurala, District Meerut.
The First Information Report disclose commission of cognizable offence and it is alleged that the accused entered the house of the informant and assaulted three persons.
By order dated 04.04.2019, learned A.G.A. was required to produce injury report, if any.
Learned A.G.A. has produced the injury report of three persons, which discloses that they have sustained injuries.
In view of above, no case for quashing the F.I.R. is made out. The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail.
