This is second petition of the petitioner seeking quashing of the first information report dated 16th May, 2018 registered as Case Crime No.319 of 2018 at police station Fatehabad, district Agra.
In the first petition also prayer to seek quashing of the first information report was made, which was dismissed by order dated 29th May, 2018. Copy of the order passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.14127 of 2018 dated 29th May, 2018 is on record at page 12 of the paper book.
In view of the above, this being second petition of the petitioner for the same cause of action is not maintainable and is dismissed as such.
