Sri B.N.Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the order of writ Court has been complied with. The claim set up by the applicants have already been decided by order dated 6.7.2017 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Saharanpur and as such it is sought to be contended that in response to the Government Order dated 30.1.1996, class IV employees who were appointed prior to 1.5.1996, their services have been regularised w.e.f. 1.5.1996 and the services of remaining incumbents have been regularised from the date of appointment. Copy of the said order is taken on record.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is of the considered opinion that substantial compliance has been made in the matter.
Consequently, the present contempt application stands disposed of . Notice is discharged.
