In response to the order dated 2.4.2019, Sri Rajmani Yadav has placed the order dated 20.4.2019 passed by Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj and as such it is sought to be contended that the order of writ Court has been complied with.
Learned counsel for the applicant did not dispute the same. Copy of the aforesaid order may be supplied to learned counsel for the applicant during course of the day.
Consequently, the present contempt application stands disposed of . In case, the applicant has any grievance, this order would not preclude him to agitate before the appropriate forum.
