On the matter being taken up today, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions dated 13.5.2019 sent by the District Magistrate, Mahoba wherein it has been stated that all payments due to the applicant in terms of the judgment rendered by the writ Court have been duly released to the applicant. The instruction is taken on record.
Consequently nothing further survives and the application stands disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant from initiating appropriate proceedings if there be any issue with regard to the quantum of benefits released.
