On the matter being taken up today, Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions dated 01.5.2019 sent by the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Meerut, wherein it has been indicated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with. In the present matter the police has submitted charge sheet on 19.12.2018. The same has also been forwarded to the competent court and the cognizance has also been taken. The instruction is taken on record and a copy of the instruction is also given to learned counsel for the applicant.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
