The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.2.2013 passed in WritC No. 10273 of 2013 (Amar Singh Vs. U.P. Power Corporation Ltd and others).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 31.03.2014 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
