By order of the Writ-Court dated 30.11.2017, the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia was directed to decide the claim of the petitioner with regard to arrears of salary and also difference of salary for a specific period in view of the recommendation made by the VIth Pay Commission.
Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party states that the claim of the petitioner has been decided in favour of the petitioner by order dated 6.4.2018. He further points out that request has also been made to the Director of Education for release of necessary funds. He states that payment would be made as soon as the funds are released.
Having regard to the above stand of the opposite party, this Court is of the opinion that the order of the Writ-Court stands duly complied with. The notice issued to the opposite party is accordingly discharged.
The contempt application is consigned to record.
