Counsel for the petitioner submitted that several dates had been fixed for framing of issues, but the trial court has not framed the issues so far.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
