Learned counsel for applicant contended that applicant has been falsely implicated for offence under section 306 IPC being mother-in-law of deceased; that as per averments made in F.I.R. lodged by Smt. Geeta on 10.1.2019, her daughter Preeti was married to Brijesh about 8 years back and was blessed with two children and on 10.1.2019 at about 4:00 a.m., she was informed that Preeti has died, prior to which in the night of 9.1.2019 deceased had informed that she may be fetched, else she will be killed in her matrimonial house; that entire prosecution story is absolutely false and incorrect; that real fact is that about 4-5 months before incident Amrish, Devar of deceased was married to Anjali and since after his marriage, there were quarrel between Preeti, deceased and Anjali and Anjali always dominated over Preeti and also used to abuse her, mother-in-law applicant and despite her favour by applicant, since her husband was working outside, she was living in depression on account of continuous torture by Anjali, her Devrani and appears to have committed suicide by hanging herself; that applicant neither abetted nor instigated deceased for committing suicide; that applicant is 65 years old sick lady; that case of applicant is distinguishable from Anjali and Amrish; that applicant has no criminal history; that applicant undertakes that she will not misuse liberty of bail; that applicant is in custody since 14.1.2019.
