The Court firstly notes that no foundation has been laid with respect to the apprehension of arrest. Learned counsel for the applicant is also unable to state whether he had joined investigation. Additionally the Court notes the nature of injuries which was caused. In that view of the matter, no ground arises for enlarging the applicant on anticipatory bail.
