The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.266 of 2019, under Section 363 I.P.C., Police Station Purkaji, District- Muzaffar Nagar.
From a perusal of the contention addressed before the Sessions Court, it is evident that the applicant is stated to be 16 years old and a student in the Intermediate class. Since evidently the applicant is a minor, the apprehension of arrest is misconceived.
Consequently, the application is rejected .
