Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 344 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 304 I.P.C., police station Bakhira, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
The Court finds itself unable to countenance the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail bearing in mind the fact that provisions of Section 304 IPC have been invoked. The Court is further informed that other co-accused have been granted regular bail by the courts concerned. In view thereof, this application shall stand rejected .
