Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 352 of 2019, under Sections 364, Police Station Soron District- Kashganj with the prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.
The instant application made for grant of anticipatory bail is clearly misconceived bearing in mind the seriousness of the allegation which are levelled. The F.I.R. alleges that the minor girl was abducted in the night of 4 September 2019 by the applicant and other coaccused. The more serious of the allegations is that the applicant and other coaccused were trying to pressurize the informant and his family members who had lodged a complaint against persons alleging commission of offences under the POCSO Act. In view of the above, the Court finds no ground to accord any protection to the applicant.
The Bail Application is consequently rejected.
