Heard Sri Kamal Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri J.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The only prayer made by the applicants is that a direction be issued to the Ist Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to decide the compromise application moved by the applicants and opposite party no. 2 after verification.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No. 4546 of 2009 (Badar Ali vs. Pratap Singh and others), under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Loni, District Ghaziabad in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
