Heard Sri Sanjay Srivastava, learned Counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for State-respondents.

Present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court concerned be directed to decide the trial of case no.511 of 2013, 'Seeta Pandey versus Prashant Pandey and others', under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Bithoor, District Kanpur Nagar pending in the Court of M.M. 3rd, Kanpur Nagar expeditiously within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the applicant argued that matter is urgent and petitioner is suffering from delay disposal of case, the court concerned may be directed to decide the case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as determined by this Court.

Learned AGA for State has no objection to aforesaid request.

Keeping in view of circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, application 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with direction to Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, fixing short dates in the matter preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the Court concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.

With the above observations, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
