By means of this applicant, the applicant seeks expeditious disposal of the trial in Case No. 3874 of 2018 (State Vs. Sandeep & Others) under Section 392, 411 I.P.C., arising out Case Crime No. 1395 of 2018, Police Station- Sihani gate, District- Ghaziabad, pending before the 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad.
The trial is of the year 2018, of which the cognizance was taken on 04.08.2018, even the charges have not been framed till date. Nothing has been brought on record about the details of the expedited trials pending in the Court below.
The applicant cannot be granted any such relief as claimed for at this stage. This application is hereby rejected.
