By means of this revision petition, the petitioner questions the correctness of the order passed by the Family Court dated 21.04.2018 whereby a maintenance of Rs. 3,000/has been awarded to the opposite party no. 2.
This matter under the orders of this Court dated 22.05.2018 was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the applicant was directed to deposit Rs. 15,000/- by 30.05.2018 and subject to the directions as contained in the order dated 22.05.2018, the recovery proceedings against the revision applicant were stayed pursuant to the award of maintenance.
