1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to be issued to the learned trial court to decide the Original Suit No.625 of 2013 (Heera Shankar and others vs. Smt. Kanya Kalawati and others) within a stipulated time period.
3. It has been submitted that notices were issued and the defendants have appeared and filed their objections but issues have not been framed as yet.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to keep in mind the instructions issued on the administrative side by the High Court for the subordinate judiciary to hear and decide the case which are pending for five years or more on a priority basis.
