1 . This petition has been filed for giving protection as it has been submitted that the petitioner no.1 has married with petitioner no.2 out of love and affection and their marriage is being opposed by their family members.
2 . It has been submitted in the petition that petitioner no.1 got married in accordance with Muslim rites and rituals with petitioner no.2 on 17.08.2019 at Mosque Sadiranpur, District Sambhal and Nikahnama has been issued by the Quazi of the Mosque.
3. This Court had directed the petitioners to remain present in the court on the date fixed.
4. Today, when the matter has been taken up, both the petitioners have appeared before this Court. it appears that both the petitioners are major.
5 . The petition is disposed of with a direction to the Station House Officer Rajabpur, District Amroha, to extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
