The sole prayer pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of the application for temporary injunction in Original Suit No. 1287 of 2018. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the defendants are seeking regular adjournments and are not permitting the application to be decided.
Having regard to these facts, the trial court is directed to decide the application expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
