Heard learned counsel for the defendant/petitioner.
The defendant/petitioner by the instant petition seeks the following relief:
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the original suit No. 334 of 2010 (Smt. Samla Devi Versus Chandani) within a stipulated period of time."
I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the court below. In the event, such an application is made the same shall be considered and decided on merit, provided there is no legal impediment.
