Heard learned counsel for the plaintiff/petitioner.
The plaintiff/petitioner by the instant petition seeks the following relief:
"i. Issue an order or direction in the nature as suitable to direct the respondent no. 1 to decide the case no. 1175 of 2017 (Heeramani Vs. Bhaskar and another) expeditiously within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the court below. In the event, such an application is made the same shall be considered and decided on merit, provided there is no legal impediment.
