Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
Petitioner by the instant petition seeks the following relief :
"pass a suitable order directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mau to decide the Original Suit No. 1157 of 2001 (Purshottam Mishra and another v. Janardan Mishra and others), within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in accordance with law."
I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an expedite application before the court below. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided on merit.
