The only prayer addressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of Original Suit No. 686 of 2011 pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Varanasi.
A perusal of the order sheet indicates that the application made by the petitioner numbered as 39A has been allowed on 07 November 2017 with further directions being issued to carry out the appropriate amendments. Since this is the stage of the proceedings presently, this petition shall stand disposed of with the observation that the concerned Court shall endeavour to dispose of the said suit with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either parties.
