Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition impugns an order passed by the District Judge rejecting an application for transfer.
The Court has noted that an earlier application made by the petitioner was got dismissed as not pressed.It has further noted that the case was ready for disposal and was being unnecessarily delayed by the petitioner himself. The case, it becomes pertinent to note, fell in the category of critically old cases and consequently the District Judge has formed the opinion that its transfer at this stage to the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) would hamper its speedy disposal.
In view thereof the Court finds no ground to interfere with the order impugned.
The petition is dismissed .
