Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Court below i.e. Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to expedite/decide the Suit No. 959 of 2011 (Sechan vs. Rekha Devi and others) within stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the Court below i.e. Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to expedite/decide the Suit No. 959 of 2011 (Sechan vs. Rekha Devi and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
