Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Shahganj, District Jaunpur to decide/expedite the Suit No. 238 of 2011 (Noorul Hasan Vs. Sher Ali and others).
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Shahganj, District Jaunpur to decide/expedite the Suit No. 238 of 2011 (Noorul Hasan Vs. Sher Ali and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
