The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.13, Allahabad to decide the injunction application dated 08.11.2017 filed in Original Suit No.426 of 2017 (Anuj Chaurasiya vs. Raj Kumar Chaurasiya and others).
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by directing the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.13, Allahabad to decide the injunction application dated 08.11.2017 filed in Original Suit No.426 of 2017 (Anuj Chaurasiya vs. Raj Kumar Chaurasiya and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and no unnecessary adjournments will be granted to either of the parties.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
