Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The trial Court while deciding issue Nos. 3 and 4 held against the petitioner who are the defendants in the suit proceedings. The issue itself related to valuation. The petitioners had moved an application for the appointment of a Commissioner for the said issue being re-opened for consideration. This application has been rejected by the revisional court which has proceeded to hold that since issue Nos. 3 and 4 have been decided on merits there was no justification for entertaining that application. The view so taken merits no interference by this Court.
The petition is dismissed.
