Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 28.11.2013 passed by the respondent nos. 5 and 6 (Annexure no.9 to the writ petition).
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 4 to 6 to allow initiating a criminal case against the respondent no.9.
(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1, 7 and 8 for further investigation of the case and to arrest the respondent nos. 9 and 10.
(iv) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to disburse the appropriate and suitable compensation to the petitioner family."
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
