This writ petition has been filed, inter alia , for the following relief :

( i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 4 to give the No objection certificate (NOC) to the petitioner for reconnection of Electricity in M/S Keep in Touch Clothing Pvt. Ltd.tenant at B-63, Sector83, Noida."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several applications before the concerned authority i.e. respondent no. 4 for granting " No Objection Certificate"

for re- connection of electricity and lastly he had moved application on 22.11.2018 but no decision has yet been taken by the concerned authority on the said application and therefore the concerned authority may be directed to decide the same within a stipulated period of time.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.4, Deputy Director Fire Service Meerut/Saharanpur RangeFire Station PHQ-I Sec-2 Noidida, G.B. Nagar to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 22.11.2018 in accordance with law within four weeks positively from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the aforesaid application.
