In response to the order dated 20.3.2018, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2.
It is stated in paragraph-6 of the affidavit that no objection certificate has been granted to the petitioner on 22.3.2018 and a copy whereof was sent to him by speed post.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact. He also does not dispute the fact that after the grant of no objection certificate, the petition is rendered infructuous and the same accordingly stands dismissed.
