None appears for the petitioner. Mr. Ramanand Pandey, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, appears for respondents-State. We have perused the prayers made in the writ petition and also the order dated 24.3.2003 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 10739 of 2002. Having regard thereto and in view of the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting the petition further, and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.
We are, therefore, constrained to dismiss the petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Order Date :- 3.1.2018 RK
