Heard Mr. Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Yogendra Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 and Mr. Prakash Padia, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 29.8.2017 (Annexure-7) made in pursuance of the communication dated 12.8.2017 (Annexure-6) within time frame. Counsel for respondents-Corporation submits that if the representation still pending, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from today. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, we dispose of the writ petition with the observation that respondent no. 3 shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and annexures before the concerned authority within a period of ten days from today. It is made clear that this Court has not considered merits of the case. It is needless to mention that if the representation has already

been decided by the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall communicate the order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. Order Date :- 3.1.2018 RK
