Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2; and Sri A.K. Yadav for the respondent no.3.

The petitioner is an institution. According to the petitioners, at the time of being brought on the list of institutions receiving grant-in-aid, the information submitted in the management return in respect of the date of appointment of its teachers was correct but in the approval letter different dates were mentioned. It is the case of the petitioners that a representation has been made to incorporate the dates correctly.

This petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the prayer for correcting the dates mentioned in the approval letter.

Considering the nature of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners, this petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the third respondent (District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Allahabad) in respect of his grievance. If any such representation is filed along with certified copy of this order, within 15 days from today, the third respondent shall, after verifying the facts from the record, take a reasoned decision on the said representation, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
