This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the advertisement dated 23.7.2012 (Annexure no. 8) which was modified on 14.8.2012 for reauctioning of pond no. 316 and 75 situates in village Chadiya , block Majhwa Tehsil Sadar District Mirzapur."
This petition was filed in the year 2012 seeking the aforesaid relief. There is no interim relief granted to the petitioner by this Court and it appears that by efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
