The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no.2-District Supply Officer, Kanpur Dehat and respondent no.3-District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat to modify the order dated 20.10.2018 passed by the District Supply Officer, Kanpur Dehat as it is stated that the order relates to the petitioner in respect of his appointment letter for fixing area Derapur, Sandalpur and Rajpur and headquarter at Derapur for physically handicapped category.
In paragraph 13 of the writ petition it is stated that the petitioner has approached the District Supply Officer, Kanpur Dehat several times but no order has been passed.
There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner has moved any application seeking modification of the order dated 20.10.2018.
In this view of the matter, we do not find any merit in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
