Counsel for the petitioner states that there is an error in the relief inasmuch as plot no. 370 as well as the area mentioned as 0.1700 hectare are both wrong. He, therefore, requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition showing correct plot number as well as area.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
