Secondly, this writ petition has been filed by CMA CGM Logistics Park (Dadri) Pvt. Ltd. C/o Mr. Manish Sahay but who is Manish Sahay, has not been disclosed anywhere in the writ petition.
In the affidavit, filed in support of the writ petition, which is sworn by Manish Sahay, it is stated that the deponent is petitioner No. 1 and authorized Pairokar of the remaining petitioners. There are no remaining petitioners and in any case Manish Sahay is not the petitioner no. 1.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
