Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri Anant Kumar Tiwari has appeared for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel has appeared for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
The land of the petitioner has been acquired under the agreement wherein the rate of compensation has been mentioned.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the circle rate of the land is much higher whereas the land of the petitioners have been taken on a very lower rate.
The petitioner has agreed for the acquisition of the land at a particular rate mentioned in the agreement and as such he cannot demand any higher rate or additional amount.
The petitioner is not challenging the agreement which has been entered into between her and the contesting respondents.
In view of the above, we do not find any merit in the writ petition so as to direct payment of any higher compensation.
The writ petition, as such, lacks merit and is dismissed .
