The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants quashing of the advertisement dated 25.7.2018 published in the daily newspaper 'Amar Ujala'.
The aforesaid advertisement is for the auction of fishing rights in respect of several places. The aforesaid advertisement has been issued by the appropriate authority and we do not find any illegality in the same inasmuch as all fishing rights have come to an end on 31.07.2015. Therefore, the respondents are free to advertise auction of rights afresh.
The writ petition is misconceived and is dismissed .
