Learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to the extent that the respondent no.2 may be directed to consider and decide the representation dated 18.07.2018 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide representation dated 18.07.2018 filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
